Persepsi Pengunjung Terhadap Produk Wine Lokal Sababay Winery Sebagai Wisata Gastronomi Di Bali

Sababay Winery is a company that produces, processes, and introduces local Balinese wine products through gastronomy tourism in Bali which currently popular with foreign domestic visitors. The purpose of this research to analyze the perceptions visitors towards as form Bali. method used mix methods concurrent embedded approach predominantly qualitative quantitative data. Methods collecting primary secondary data study questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation. sampling technique non-probability total sample 75 respondents. determining informants purposive consideration position informant company, two from Winery. Based on results questionnaire using Likert scale showed three aspects, namely, cognitive aspects (price, packaging, marketing, promotion, competitiveness), affective (taste, aroma, texture, body, aftertaste, compatibility food pairing), conative (level desire buy rebuying products, well motivation Tour tour packages) average positive visitors' lowest score 4,07 5, highest 4,32 out still Agree Strongly category.
